Booking, Rates & Special Offers
Yes! If you book directly with us, you unlock our exclusive deals. Stay 7 nights or longer to automatically receive a 3% discount, or book 30+ days to unlock our “Live Like a Local” monthly rate. We also offer a highly discounted Non-Refundable rate if your travel dates are locked in.
We accept all major currencies, including US Dollar, British Pound, Euro, and Turkish Lira. Currently, we accept Master, Visa, American Express, Cash and Bank-wire for payments.
If our premium Taksim suites are larger than you need, we highly recommend checking out our sister property, CihangirFlat. It offers cozy, budget-friendly 1-bedroom apartments just a short walk away.
Maximum occupancy numbers differ based on the flat type. Please refer to the apartment descriptions. You can request an extra bed but some flats do not offer them due to space limitations.
While our special promotional rates (like the “Lock In” offer) are non-refundable, our standard rates generally offer free cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
No. Transparency is important to us, so our listed prices generally include all standard fees with no hidden charges

We provide fresh towels and bedsheets for your stay. We do not provide daily housekeeping service, but your flat will be perfectly clean upon arrival.
Yes, we operate a security surveillance system with cameras all around the building, including the entrance and exit. Every flat is also equipped with an in-room safe.
While we do not have on-site parking, there is a car park available on the upper street.
Yes, all flats are fully equipped with both air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter to ensure year-round comfort.
