These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rent of apartments for accommodation purposes and to all other goods and services supplied to the customer by TaksimFlat.
Payments
All payments are due at check-in except return transfer or additional services such as daily tours etc. Return transfer and additional services fees are due before the day of the service. We currently accept cash and bank wire payment methods.
Room Availability, Delivery and Return
The customer does have the right to select the specific apartment except Standard Midfloor. Standard Midfloor located on first, second and third floor and will be given to customer according to availability but you can always specify before or after you book a Standard Midfloor. Booked apartments are ready after 14.00. If you require early check-in you should notify us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help you. Please be advised that early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If you come earlier than 14.00 you are welcome to leave your luggage and start discovering the city until your accommodation is ready. Apartments must be vacated and made available no later than 12.00. This will help us to clean and prepare our apartments to the next customer. All special request will be submit to your reservation and we will try our best to satisfy your needs but we can’t guarantee it. TaksimFlat reserve right to change your accommodation with the equivalent or better one with notifying the customer
Cancellations and Changes
Please reserve your place after you bought your plane ticket(s). If any changes occurs such as extending or shorten your stay, changing apartment type or number of guest, we will work with you and update your reservation accordingly. There might be price difference due to number of guest, dates and apartment type etc. We will not charge you for the changes except difference. You may cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your reservation made or 2 week before your arrival at no cost to you. If you cancel before 3 days of your arrival we will charge you %50 of the full amount. If you don’t show up or cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your arrival you will be charge the full amount.
Miscellaneous
Standard flat can accommodate maximum 4 people and Deluxe flat can accommodate maximum 7 people. These numbers may upgrade by adding an extra bed or beds. So please refer to apartment details and extras page. Some apartments may not have an option to add an extra bed due to space limitations and/or bed availability
If you booked via an agency, booking website or any other company or organization their terms and conditions may apply. Please contact with your agent before contacting us for cancelation, upgrade or any changes.
