What are the check in and check out times?
Check-in is at 2.00 PM and check-out is at 12.00 (noon)
What is Express Check-out?
Express Check-out allows you to check out without having returning your keys and waiting for someone. Please leave the keys on the living room table NOT on the door.
Do you accept credit cards?
Currently we accept only cash and bank-wire.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept all major currencies US Dollar, British Pound, Euro and also Turkish Lira.

Do you provide Airport Transport?
Yes we do provide airport and transport.
Do you have special offers for long term stays?
Yes, please contact us via our contact us page and let us know your dates. We will try to give you the best deal for your long term stay.
Do you offer Internet access (WiFi)?
All of our accommodations offers FREE high-speed unlimited WiFi access.
Do you provide towels and bedsheets?
Yes we provide towels and bedsheets.
Do you provide kitchen utensils and plate, glass, fork etc..?
Yes we provide everything you need in the kitchen including kettle.
Do you have on-site parking?
No but there is a car park available on upper street.
Do you provide housekeeping service?
All of our flats comes with clean bedsheets, towels etc but we don't provide daily housekeeping service.
Do you have security surveillance system?
Yes we have cameras all around the building including apartment entrance and exit.
Do you have in-room safe?
Yes, all of flats have in-room safe.
Do you offer daily tours?
Yes, please contact us via our contact page for details.
Do you provide extra bed?
Our deluxe flats offer extra bed. You may request extra bed while you do booking or you may contact us with your booking ID or Name. Standard flats do not offer extra bed due to space limitations.
Do you offer breakfast?
No, but there are numerous places you can walk in few minutes.
What is your pet policy?
Pet are not allowed. Seeing-eye dogs are ok.
Are standard flats and deluxe flats in the same building?
No but standard flats and deluxe flats are on the same street, just 100mt away from each other.
What is the maximum adult number each flat type?
Maximum occupancy number may differ for each flat type. In general standard flats max 4 people and deluxe flats max 7 people.
Is there any ATM, change/exchange office near TaksimFlat?
There are numerous ATM's and 4 change/exchange offices in walking distance.
